Q: What kinds of things would you do to keep my costs lower than what another company might charge?
A: We have developed our own management approach to building projects which we call the “Nine-Step Crawford Method for Building Projects”. It is a unique management systems approach, honed over more than 150 complex projects, that removes many of the inefficiencies common in most project management methods and guarantees project success and customer satisfaction. Additionally, a principal of the company is involved in every project, ensuring adherence to our three-part goal of shorter process time, lower costs always on-budget, and better designs that customers love.
